During these two days of training, I gained valuable experience and knowledge, useful in both my professional and personal life. The trainers explained complex subjects clearly, illustrated their points with many practical examples and created an atmosphere of trust and openness. The practical exercises and case analysis proved particularly enriching: they helped me better understand how to respond to signs of psychological trauma and how to give appropriate help to a person in crisis.

I appreciated that the course emphasised group work, discussions of different situations and the chance to express our own opinions. This allowed me not only to consolidate my theoretical knowledge, but also to approach problems from various perspectives.

The course gave me confidence in my actions, helped me better understand the psychological processes that occur during a traumatic experience and taught me to use simple but effective support tools.

I thank the organisers and trainers for a course rich in both content and emotion. I am convinced that such training is essential for everyone who works with people and wants to provide quality help in difficult situations.
