Lebanon Emergency

1 million lives shattered in a short period of time. The escalation in March 2026 has forced entire families onto the roads. There are already thousands of victims and thousands of injured people. The situation is critical: schools are overwhelmed and resources are running out. HuSoMe is deploying emergency aid on the ground: hygiene kits, meals, and vital medical care.

HuSoMe Humanity Solidarity Medicine – At the heart of the emergency for life

HuSoMe is a medical humanitarian NGO founded in 2018 by Professor Raphaël Pitti. We operate in war zones such as Syria, Ukraine, and Gaza, where we train medical personnel in emergency medicine. As a committed medical NGO, HuSoMe also develops programs to improve civilian populations’ access to primary healthcare.

Our humanitarian projects, as well as our local social actions, are committed to defending life through healthcare training, preserving dignity, and upholding humanity. Humanism must be combined with action, and each and every one of us has a role to play in helping those in need.

Our mission

HuSoMe (formerly UOSSM Grand Est) is a medical humanitarian NGO created in 2018 by Professor Raphaël Pitti.

Our mission is clear: to provide immediate medical assistance and to train healthcare workers in areas where war and disasters put civilian populations at risk.
