We are very happy to share some news about our new premises located on Rue des Tanneurs.
After nearly two months of work, the space is finally coming to life: painting has been completed (in HuSoMe’s signature blue), fittings are finished, and a great deal of energy has gone into making this a place that is both functional and welcoming. It hasn’t all been easy, but the essentials are now in place.
Our organization has moved into a new, more spacious 123 m² location on Rue des Tanneurs.
This change marks an important milestone in the development of HuSoMe and the growth of our family, which is expanding day by day thanks to your commitment and support.
This new space will allow us to further professionalize our operations, better coordinate our teams and actions, and deploy our international projects more efficiently.
As with any new space, things don’t happen overnight: we’ve encountered a few issues with water infiltration in the kitchen, and the installation of the internet is taking a bit longer than expected. Nevertheless, we are moving forward step by step, gradually setting up the space to make it functional, welcoming, and in line with our ambitions.
Renovation work is still underway to transform this space into a functional, welcoming workspace that aligns with our ambitions.
Nous avons déjà eu le plaisir d’y organiser notre première réunion de bureau, un moment important pour l’équipe. We’ve already had the pleasure of holding our first team meeting here, a significant moment for everyone involved. This meeting was also marked by the presence of a team from Luxembourg, currently in the process of establishing HuSoMe Luxembourg — a significant step forward in the development of our NGO.
Another key moment: we were able to hold our first working meeting with Gaza, directly from our new offices. This is a powerful symbol that gives full meaning to this new space, designed to better coordinate our local and international actions.
Little by little, we continue to set up and bring this space to life, which we hope will become a true cornerstone for HuSoMe and for all those committed alongside us.
